The Hostel exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness and cozy feel. The large living area is great for socializing or relaxing. The communication and service are excellent, and you can tell a lot of effort is put into making your stay the best. We loved the location in the middle of the forest, where we even saw a black bear from the kitchen area. The hostel offers games and a fireplace for evening relaxation. Don't judge this place by its looks, it's amazing and very cozy!

    Felt spoilt, no complaint.

The Hi Castle Mountain Hostel in Castle Junction was an amazing place to stay. the living room area was large and comfortable, with a cozy fireplace that added to the ambiance. the location was perfect, situated between Lake Louise and Downtown Banff, making it convenient to explore both areas. Plus, if you have a car, it's a great base for your adventures. the hostel is just a 5-minute drive from the famous Johnston Canyon hikes, which are some of the best in Banff. I highly recommend getting there early in the morning to beat the crowds. Another great thing about this hostel is that the staff went above and beyond. They even prepared my linens for me when my flight was delayed, ensuring a warm welcome upon my late arrival. the Hi Castle Mountain Hostel provided a cozy and comfortable experience, with easy access to hiking trails and excellent customer service.

I had a wonderful stay at Hi Castle Mountain. The location was perfect, nestled in the middle of the forest. The cabin-like atmosphere made me feel like I was at a cozy retreat. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff, particularly Tony, was incredibly helpful and friendly. Despite the small showers, everything else was fantastic. I highly recommend this hostel for a peaceful and relaxing stay in the heart of nature.

We had an amazing romantic getaway! The cozy atmosphere and friendly manager made us feel right at home. The common area was the perfect place to relax after our day of hiking, and we loved sitting by the fire and enjoying some quality time together. The large, well-stocked kitchen was also a major plus, allowing us to cook delicious meals together.

The lack of WiFi was a bit inconvenient for us as we were trying to plan some activities. It would have been helpful to have that option available.

Despite the small and cramped showers, the hostel was in a great location, away from the touristy center but still close to Banff and Lake Louise. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for our stay.- The atmosphere in the hostel was laid back and cozy, with opportunities for interaction between guests, especially around the central fireplace.

The lack of WiFi was a major inconvenience, especially for trip planning purposes. It made it difficult to research and find information online, but the manager was helpful in providing local knowledge to compensate for the lack of internet access.

The staff was extremely helpful and made sure my needs were taken care of. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the limited number of showers and toilets, as well as the small beds, I still highly recommend this hostel. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.
